At Kate New York, we do everything we can to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the USA.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and the USA. International shipping outside these countries is currently unavailable.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CET) will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

After processing, your order will be delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. The total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days from the time of ordering.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available for orders over €20 within supported regions (the Netherlands, Belgium, and the USA).

Shipping Methods

We work with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your delivery.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period or once your order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made. Customers are responsible for entering their address details correctly.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days. We may request clear photos of the damaged item. After review, you will receive a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link via email so you can follow your package to your doorstep.

Delays & External Factors

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as high demand, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances (including COVID-19). We appreciate your patience and understanding.
